Before cooking:
Preheat oven to 210°C (fanbake) Bring a pot of salted water to the boil over a high heat. Preheat your BBQ to medium high if using.

1. TO COOK THE POTATOES:
Place the steamed potatoes on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese crumb evenly over the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the pre-heated oven for 22-25 mins.

2. TO COOK THE STEAK:
Remove the beef sirloin steaks from their packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Once hot add the beef steaks and cook on each side for 2-3 mins. Remove from the pan and rest for 2-3 mins. Season with a little salt. Slice the steaks into 2 cm slices.

BBQ Instructions:
Heat the BBQ up to a medium heat. Once hot cook beef steaks for 2-3 mins each side. Remove from the BBQ and rest for 2-3 mins. Season with a little salt. Slice the steaks into 2 cm slices.

3. TO PREPARE THE VEGETABLES:
Trim the ends off the green beans and discard. Cook the broccolini and carrot batons in the pot of boiling water for 2-3 mins. Drain into a colander. Place into a serving bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

TO SERVE:
Place a serving of vegetables and potatoes onto each plate. Top with strips of beef sirloin. Serve with balsamic onions and a dollop of tarragon mayo.
