Cooking Instructions:
    PREHEAT THE BBQ TO 200℃ (FAN BAKE).
    TO PREPARE AND SERVE THE BREAD & DIPS:
  • Remove the garlic naan breads from their packaging. Drizzle with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the BBQ grill and cook for 20-30 sec each side until slightly charred.
  • Oven method: Line an oven tray with baking paper. Remove the garlic naan from its packaging, place onto the tray and warm in the oven for 3 mins, turn over and bake for a further 3 mins.
  • Place the walnut and roasted capsicum dip and the jalapeno and coriander guacamole into serving dishes and offer with the garlic naan cut in chunks.
