A delicious meal. A glass of wine. Conversation that flows, laughter that travels. The moments where we look around and think: yes. Life is good.
Savour it all.
It’s not enough for us to deliver beautiful food. We believe in community. Through showcasing passionate growers and producers, reducing waste, and recycling our products we’re here to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
We take back and recycle every box that we deliver
We make each box to order which means less waste
We are proud to use NZ suppliers and use seasonal produce

Woop started in one kitchen, with two people, a baby, and not enough time.
In 2008, I arrived in New Zealand with my wife Jennifer - a jazz singer - and our small baby. As passionate foodies, we were amazed by the ingredients here: the lamb, the seafood, the produce. We quickly fell for the country and decided to stay.
I grew up in Paris, where dinner is the moment of togetherness that the whole day is arranged around. But with two careers and a small child, finding the time to enjoy cooking and sharing a beautiful meal was a daily challenge.
So we split the job. I researched recipes, and scoured the markets for the best ingredients. I chopped, measured and got everything ready before the pan came out. Jennifer cooked, singing as she went.
That simple arrangement became the idea behind Woop. With the preparation taken care of, cooking became a pleasure, and we could spend more time at the dinner table.
In 2015, I built a kitchen, found a whole group of passionate foodies to do that preparation for more families. So more people could finish a full day with a beautiful meal, together.
Bon appétit,
Thomas

When we drop off your new box, we can pick up the old one and recycle all the packaging. Because if we can’t take it back we shouldn’t hand it out.

As a Kiwi business we know how important it is to support local. Not only is it better for our communities, it means our food doesn’t have to travel as far to get to us.
We’re growing and looking for high performing foodies to join our team. Don’t see a role for you? Reach out anyway, we’d love to hear from you.
A box of dinners each week: recipes, fresh ingredients prepped and portioned, and our house-made sauces.
Most meal kits hand you ingredients and a recipe. We do all the preparation. Vegetables come hand-prepared, meat marinated, sauces house-made in our kitchen, so a 25-minute recipe really does take 25 minutes.
Across most of New Zealand. Enter your address at checkout and we will confirm your delivery day.
Any time, from your account. Change your dinners, skip a week or pause for a month. There is no lock-in. Cancel anytime.
