JOSH EMETT'S BEEF SIRLOIN STEAK

 

An elevated take on steak and potatoes. The agria potatoes and green beans are pan-fried for texture, with jalapeño adding a subtle kick. Finished with a vibrant chermoula sauce, bringing freshness and spice that lifts the whole dish.

JOSH EMETT'S FISH BOUILLABAISSE


A classic fish stew inspired by time eating in the south of France. The fennel brings a delicious aniseed note, balanced by sweet tomatoes and a beautiful saffron aioli. Served over jasmine rice, it’s light, aromatic, and one of my favourites.

A comforting, family-style dish of tender chicken and orzo in a creamy mustard sauce. Sweet roasted butternut squash and fragrant sage add to depth, making this a meal that everyone will enjoy.
