Cooking Instructions:
    PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200℃ (FAN BAKE). PLEASE NOTE TURKEY COOKING TIMES ARE GUIDLINES AND MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE OVEN.
    TO COOK THE TURKEY:
  • Line an oven dish with baking paper. Remove the free-range turkey roasts from all their packaging including any netting and discard any liquid. Place the turkeys into the dish and pat dry with a paper towel. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the turkeys in the oven and bake for 30 mins.Remove from the oven, baste with any pan juices and bake for a further 15-20 mins.
  • Remove the turkey from the oven cover loosely with tinfoil and drape with a few tea towels to keep warm. Rest for at least 20-30 mins before carving – the turkey will continue to cook through while resting, don’t skip this step.
  • TO HEAT THE ORANGE GRAVY:
  • Place the orange gravy into a pot, place over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 mins to warm through. The gravy can either be poured over the meat or served in a warmed jug on the side. Microwave option: Remove the lid for the gravy, place in the microwave and cook for 30-60 secs or until warmed through.
  • TO SERVE THE TURKEY:
  • Place the turkey onto a chopping board and slice into ½ cm thick slices straight down. Arrange sliced turkey onto a platter and drizzle over any remaining resting juices. Serve with the orange gravy.
