Cooking Instructions:
    PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200℃ (FAN BAKE).
    TO PREPARE THE POTATO GRATIN:
  • Grease a medium oven dish with oil.
  • Place the steamed sliced potatoes and the gratin cream into a mixing bowl. Season well with salt and pepper then mix gently until the potatoes are coated..
  • Pour the potatoes and cream into the dish and sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 22-25 mins or until potatoes are cooked through and the gratin is golden on top.
  • TO SERVE THE GRATIN:
  • Serve the gratin directly from the oven dish.
