Cooking Instructions:
    TO PREPARE THE POTATO GRATIN:
  • Place the mizuna into a salad bowl. Cut the pears in half, remove the cores and slice finely then add to the salad bowl.
  • TO SERVE THE SALAD:
  • Just before serving drizzle the balsamic dressing and mix gently to combine. Top with the maple vanilla pecans.
