Baked honey feta

with grapes and garlic pita

Cooking Instructions:
    PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 200℃ (FAN BAKE).
    TO PREPARE AND SERVE THE FETA:
  • Remove the feta from its packaging and pat dry with a paper towel. Place the feta in an ovenproof dish just large enough for it to fit snuggly. Drizzle the honey and 2 Tbsps of olive oil on top, then sprinkle with the feta spices. Remove the grapes from their stalks and add to the feta. Season with salt and pepper and bake for 5–10 minutes or until golden. Remove the mint leaves discarding their stalks then chop finely.
  • TO HEAT THE PITA BREADS:
  • Place the garlic pita breads in the oven to warm for 3-4 mins. Slice each pita into quarters.
  • TO SERVE THE FETA:
  • Sprinkle the feta with chopped mint and the toasted pine nuts. Serve in the baking dish with cut garlic pita breads on the side.
