The promoter is Woop Ltd whose registered office is at 1A Porters Ave, Eden Terrace, Auckland, New Zealand.
Employees of Woop or their family members or anyone helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Entry into the competition is automatic. Each Woop box delivered between 2nd May 2021 and 24th May 2021 is one entry into the draw. Every week is a separate entry. The maximum amount of entries permitted is 4.
The competition closes on the 24th May, midnight. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The prize for the winner is a two night stay for two adults in a luxury suite at Te Arai Lodge. Prize includes breakfast, 4 course garden to plate dinner with wine, couples massage and excursion – total prize value is $5,100. Flights are included if winner lives outside Auckland.
The prize is be valid for 12 months, with blackout dates between 20th December 2021 to 5th January 2022 , and is subject to availability. If the booking has to be cancelled due to reasons relating to Covid-19, the prize winner will be able to re-book at a later date at no additional charge. No refunds will be given if the prize is not used by the expiry period.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the terms and conditions of the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The Winner will be chosen at random via a random number generator.
The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Once the prize is accepted, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
