Four Box Multiweek Offer

  • The promoter is Woop Ltd, whose registered office is at 1A Porters Ave, Eden Terrace, Auckland, New Zealand.

  • This promotion is available to new customers only. A new customer is defined as a new household delivery address that has not previously received a Woop box.

  • To redeem the offer, customers must enter the promotional code SAVE20 at checkout. Entry into the campaign is not automatic.

  • Eligible customers will receive:

    20% off their first Woop box
    10% off their second Woop box
    10% off their third Woop box
    20% off their fourth Woop box

  • The offer is valid for the customer’s first four Woop box deliveries only.

  • The promotion ends at 11:59pm on 2 February 2026. Once accepted, the offer must be redeemed in full with deliveries recieved by 2 March 2026. Orders close at 11:59pm on the applicable weekly cutoff date. Any remaining discounted boxes not redeemed by this date will be forfeited. Deliveries may be scheduled or skipped at the customer’s discretion within this timeframe.

  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.

  • The discount applies to standard Woop box deliveries only and cannot be used on add-ons or occasional products, including but not limited to Heat & Eat, Dessert Box, Woop Weekender, Christmas Box, or gift cards.

  • The offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged.

  • Woop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disturbance, public health emergencies, or supply chain disruptions.

Golden Box

  • The Golden Box promotion runs across four delivery weeks in January 2026. One Golden Woop Box will be awarded for each of the following delivery dates: 11–12 January, 18–19 January, 25–26 January, and 1–2 February 2026.
  • Entry is automatic for active customers who place an order for a Woop box delivered in one or more of the above weeks. Each qualifying delivery equals one entry.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be substituted with an equivalent prize at Woop’s discretion.
