Cooking Instructions:
  • BEFORE COOKING:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan bake). 

  • 1. Whisk the melted butter, eggs and vanilla essence together. Add the chocolate fudge brownie mix and stir to mix well and combine.

  • 2. Pour into a prepared 24 cm x 24 cm tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 25 mins if you like fudgy brownies, or 25 - 30 mins if you like it cooked all the way through. 

  • TO SERVE:

    Cut the brownie into pieces. We recommend serving with vanilla ice-cream or cream and berries of your choice.
