As the days grow shorter and the nights draw in, our Woop team are leaning into slower evenings, winter rituals, and the cosy comforts that we love about winter.

We know how precious time is - especially during winter when daylight hours are dwindled and the pace of life doesn’t seem to slow down to match. That’s why the moments we get back thanks to having dinner taken care of are so important.

Here’s how some of our team are spending their reclaimed time - embracing winter wellness in their own unique way:


Brand Manager, Katie - Pilates class and sauna at the gym

 

Katie’s evening after work starts with a Pilates class to stretch and strengthen, followed by time in the sauna to restore and reflect on the day.
Katie then goes home to test our newest Woop recipes before they become part of the seasonal menu - the ideal work perks!


Head of Marketing, Lexi - Hot Yoga

 

Lexi heads straight to hot yoga after work, swapping rush hour stress for warm, invigorating movements (and to warm up of course).

It’s her sanctuary – a place to sweat, stretch, and reset before heading home for her balance box dinners with family.


Head of Customer Experience, Soniya - Evening Walks with Frankie

 

For Soniya, winter wellness means an after work stroll with her French bulldog, Frankie (it’s Frankie’s favourite time of day too).

And with Woop on dinner, there’s no need to rush home to get dinner on the table.


Customer Experience, Anna - Quality Time with Family

 

For Anna, nothing beats an early dinner around the table with loved ones.

Board games, reading stories, and bedtime cuddles – these small moments feel extra special when there’s more time to enjoy them.


Procurement, Lillian - Social Football

 

Yes, even in winter! Lillian loves her weekly football games – the energy, the laughter, and the post-match catch-ups.

With Woop doing the hard work in the kitchen, she’s free to play knowing she can refuel on a delicious dinner when she gets home late.
