Cooking Instructions:
    PREHEAT THE BBQ TO 200℃ (FAN BAKE).
    THE CHICKEN MAY ALSO BE COOKED IN AN OVEN PREHEATED AT 200℃.
    IF COOKING THE CHICKEN ON THE BBQ:
  • Place the Caribbean buccaneer chicken thighs on the grill side of a BBQ, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 mins each side or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the BBQ, cover with tinfoil, and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • IF COOKING THE CHICKEN IN THE OVEN:
    TO PREPARE THE CHICKEN:
  • Line an oven tray with baking paper. Remove the Caribbean buccaneer chicken thighs from their packaging and place on the tray in a single layer.
  • Season well with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.
  • TO COOK THE CHICKEN:
  • Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • If you wish to have crispy skin, you can switch to the grill setting for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Watch closely during this time to prevent the skin from burning.
  • Remove from the oven, cover with tinfoil, and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • THE CHICKEN COOKING TIMES ARE GUIDELINES AND MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE OVEN OR BBQ.
    TO SERVE THE CHICKEN:
  • Place the chicken thighs onto a platter and drizzle over any resting juices.
